Château Clos Fourtet, owned by Philippe Cuvelier's family since 2001, is located in Saint-Émilion, whose 49 acres extend along the highest slopes of this Bordeaux sub-region. Here the Merlot grape variety predominates and "Premiers Grands Crus Classés" wines are produced.
