Very dark fleshy red colour, dense almost opaque. Complex, concentrated and powerful but at the same time silky, velvety and deep in satin texture, an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, elegant and very engaging. It has a long finish with enormous freshness and is full of character.

The story

Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, Tiago Cabaço soon became involved in the countryside, working with his parents in the vineyards and winery. It was through this journey that he learnt the secrets of the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties and the whole universe that goes with it. In 2004, he created the Tiago Cabaço Winery brand, affirming his identity and vision of Alentejo wines.

Tiago Cabaço is no longer an emerging talent in Alentejo, but one of the most solid and striking names in the new generation of Alentejo producers.
