Viña Haras de Pirque Ecràl Carménère Gran Reserva Vale del Maipo Organic Red 2020

The winery is located in Pirque, in the centre of the country, one of the most prestigious and well known areas for vine growing in the Maipo Valley, at the foot of the Andes. The Maipo Alto region is located between 500 and 800 metres above sea level, an area of temperate thermal amplification with native vegetation of myrtle and boldos, which sometimes give the wines balsamic characteristics. The wines produced in this area have a high concentration of tannins, great structure and intense colour.
The Antinori family has been involved in winemaking for over six hundred years. In 1385, Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of the Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri. Throughout its long history, spanning 26 generations, the family has always managed this activity directly, making innovative and sometimes bold choices, but always with unwavering respect for tradition and the land.
